BTC Doubles Pennant 2011

Well, after a gruelling 3 1/2 month season BTC’s Doubles Pennant drew to a close last night with the combinations of Stuart Strange/Robert Lagerberg v Peter Dunn/John Faull battling it out in the season final.

Both teams had been in great form in the lead up to the final match, finishing 1st and 2nd at the end of the season round robin stage. In a very competitive match it was Stuart and Robert that finally came out on top in the end – winning the match 11/8 and taking out the title of BTC Doubles Pennant Champions!

Well done guys….and well done to all the other teams that participated throughout the season. BTC’s next Doubles Pennant season will commence shortly – stay tuned!!
