BTC Handicap Singles Aug 2010

There was a hole in the Club’s playing calendar and the ever entrepreneurial Brett McFarlane has to find an event to fill it. BTC sounds official but Brett’s the first to admit it stands for Brett’s Trumped-up Competition. Never mind, it’s a good excuse to avoid cleaning the gutters and replace it with some good tennis, a couple of beers and a chance at a prize. However this is probably better positioned as … I desperately need the exercise and it will look good on the CV. It attracted a strong field of gutter cleaning recalcitrants but it’s Tim Lamont’s CV that is the winner. Well done Tim, well done Brett.
