BTC’s Ladies Handicap Doubles Club Championship was held on Sunday October 11, with a strong field of two round robin groups doing battle for Club honours.
Group A saw the pairing of Rachel McKay and Michele Hoskin dominate procedings winning each of their 4 matches in somewhat comfortable style.

Group B saw a much closer competition with the overall round robin result coming down to the last match. Wendy Whitehead and Stephanie Williams were victorious however winning in a games won countback.

Final: After the two round robin groups the final came down to a Rachel McKay/Michele Hoskin v Wendy Whitehead/Stephanie Williams match up. The match was a good one – but Rachel and Michele proved too strong off handicap in the end winning the match 8/1. Congratulations go to our new Ladies Handicap Doubles winners!!!!
